Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic, and qualified Early Years professional looking to support young learners at a crucial stage of their development?

A supportive and well-regarded primary school in the Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Level 3 CACHE-qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and making a lasting impact on children aged 2-4.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting children aged 2-4 in a vibrant and engaging Early Years setting

Leading and assisting with Phonics, Reading, Writing, and Spelling groups, including 1:1 interventions

Providing tailored support to children with mild Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Working collaboratively with a skilled and supportive Early Years team

Helping to create a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and social development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 CACHE qualification (essential)

A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and early phonics

Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, particularly with children aged 2-4

Confidence working as part of a collaborative and proactive team

A genuine passion for supporting young children to thrive
