Salary: £23000 - £25000 / annually

Opportunity to join a very busy commercial Major Bids Team for contracted works for Local Authorities, Main Contractors, Housing Associations and other Clients - An integral role supporting the Bid Team in the end to end bid process.  The role will include:

  • Support, create and develop new business, through tender proposals

  • Articulate solutions and proposals into written format

  • Supporting pitch presentations

  • Summarising new opportunities for Senior Management input

  • Managing internal bid library and keeping it up-to-date

  • Continuous improvement of the bid and tender documentation process

  • Internal and external stakeholder management

    All to make the bids targeted a more successful win rate.

    You will need the following skills:

  • Incredibly organised, flexible and able to multi task

  • Critical and creative thinking for ideas into bids and into reality

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of the public sector bid process would be advantageous however not essential

  • Excel - PowerPoint - Word and general IT skills

  • Team player and with the ability to work on own initiative

  • Recent graduate or an individual with bid administration experience

    Full time role 37.5 hours per week - pension and free parking with a training for progression ethos
