Manufacturing Engineer | Lean Practitioner   

Looking to make an impact in a high-tech, fast-paced engineering environment? We're working with a market-leading manufacturer of power testing equipment, seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to improve production processes, drive lean initiatives, and champion a right-first-time culture.

Your Mission
Partnering with senior engineers and operations teams, you'll:

Drive process improvements across production using Lean tools
Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing workflows
Facilitate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) from the shop floor
Work cross-functionally to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes
Embed and champion right-first-time and continuous improvement principles
Support NPI with valuable manufacturing inputWhat You'll Bring
HNC in Engineering (or equivalent)
2+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Working knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Instructions
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levelsThe Ideal Fit
