Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Leicester

Rate - £40ph Umbrella / £33.62ph PAYE (Equivalent to £70k)

3 Month Contract

Immediate start

Panama Shifts (3 on 2 off days and nights)

12-hour shifts

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

Carry out maintenance activities, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
Prioritise and respond to electrical breakdowns to ensure continuous plant operation.
Replace and install electrical equipment such as PLCs, isolators, contactors, and three-phase motors.
Perform fault-finding and diagnostics on PLC control systems.
Undertake basic mechanical tasks where required, including like-for-like replacement of components such as valves, seals, and bearings.
You must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

Must have NVQ LV3 Electrical qualification or equivalent
Must have 5 years or more experience in automation
