About the Role

As Head of Assessment Delivery (Construction), you'll lead a nationwide network of Centre Managers and Lead Assessors, ensuring the effective, high-quality, and compliant delivery of construction assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing operational performance in line with service targets

*

Leading a national assessment team and developing a culture of collaboration, accountability and quality

*

Overseeing capacity planning and assessment scheduling

*

Supporting the launch of new assessment centre locations

*

Representing the organisation as a subject matter expert across webinars, assessment development, and technical adaptations

*

Playing a critical role in team working with heads of Quality, Assessment Development, and Client Services

About You

You'll likely be in a role such as Head of Curriculum, Head of Construction Apprenticeships, or Construction Director at a training provider and ready to take your leadership to the next level.

You will bring:

A strong background in Construction

*

Experience in a senior role within construction education or apprenticeship delivery

*

A proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams

*

An understanding of apprenticeships, EPA, and ideally, Awarding Organisation operations

*

Relevant management, teaching or assessing qualifications (desirable)
