What will you do as a Finance Manager?

• Oversee all financial operations management accounts, forecasting & budgeting
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Monitor cash flow and working capital, ensuring efficient financial management
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure deadlines are met
• Review and improve internal controls, financial systems, and processes
• Ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements (VAT, payroll, etc.)
• Prepare reports for investors, senior management, and other stakeholders

What do you need as a Finance Manager?

• Fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
• Can communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Is proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on
• Has experience managing or mentoring finance staff
