Senior Site Manager

Contract 12 months + (will be ongoing)

Staffordshire, Cheshire or Leicestershire

Rate: negotiable dependent on experience

Our client is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join their Construction team in the Severn Trent Water region. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in Staffordshire, Cheshire, or Leicestershire. As the Senior Site Manager, you will report directly to the Site Senior Project Manager and be responsible for leading and directing the site team to ensure the safe management of all operational activities on all projects while meeting all HSQE, programme, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Managing and supervising the site team

* Promoting cost-conscious management

* Ensuring realistic scheme programmes

* Preparing method statements and risk assessments

* Completing all statutory paperwork in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have SMSTS, CSCS Site Manager/Supervisor, First Aid at Work, and experience in the Water/Waste Water Treatment Industry. Temporary Works Co-ordinator experience is desirable.
