RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an excellent business based in Preston who are looking to add an Assistant Management Accountant to their team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with monthly management accounts and month end.

Duties include:

• Assist with preparation of management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Oversee the purchase ledger
• Assist with regular reporting requirements
• General ad hoc support for management accountant as required

This Assistant Management Accountant role is ideal for someone with hands on experience of month end and is used to supporting with management accounts. They are happy to support study and would be a good opportunity for someone to develop within a growing company.
