Job Title: Warehouse AdministratorLocation: Stanmore, LondonSalary: £28,000 – £32,000 (DOE)Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00Permanent / Full-Time We are working with an established and growing supplier within the industrial and commercial sector, supporting a wide range of clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support their operations in Stanmore. The Role This is a varied and hands-on position combining administrative responsibilities with warehouse support. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management, efficient order processing and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate stock records and inventory systems
• Processing customer orders, deliveries and returns efficiently
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, including courier collections
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative records
• Supporting stock checks and inventory audits
• Assisting within the warehouse as required, including handling and organising stock
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised and compliant with health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a warehouse administration or logistics role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Good communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Willingness to support hands-on warehouse duties when required

Desirable

• Experience within a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with stock control or warehouse management systems
• Experience coordinating courier or dispatch operations
