Jr. Account Manager

Job Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Grow and build relationships with current and prospective clients by identifying how our products and services fulfill their needs

  • Emphasize the benefits of how our products and services will achieve desired goals

  • Submit orders, track activity and maintain records

  • Exceed the set objectives

  • Travel nationally to meet with and provide product and service solutions to customers

  • Become familiar with the company product lines

  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

  • Act with professional attitudes that represent the company well

  • Listen to and learn from customers, coworkers, and managers

  • Motivate yourself and work with others to enhance customer experiences


  • A minimum of 2-3 years working in outside sales

  • Must be willing to travel nationally

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM programs

  • Impeccable professionalism

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, willing to learn, ability to adapt to change

  • Personal understanding of the retail market place

  • History of success with sales negotiations and sales growth
