All About the Role
Based at our site in Rotherham, we have vacancies for Profile Operatives on our rotating shift pattern, the hours as follows: -

Days Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 Friday 06:00 to 12:30.

Nights Monday to Thursday 20:30 to 06:00 Friday 18:00 to 03:00 (£34 per shift uplift £170 per week)

Afternoons Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 21:00 Friday 12:00 to 18:30

The purpose of these roles is to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. Specific tasks could include:

Pick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item.

Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.

Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.

Operate Profile lasers, plasmas and drill machinery.

Transferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks and cranes.

Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers' orders.

Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.

Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements.

You will have the passion, drive, and confidence to work within the business in a collaborative, creative way.

Essential Skills for the role:

The successful candidate will have experience with profiling machinery or similar CNC experience.

Be logically and mechanically minded.

Have a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Ideally have operated Cranes, Fork-Lift and Side-loader, however this is not essential.

Health & Safety awareness

The successful candidate will have experience with CNC Profile cutting Plasma/Gas/laser.
