The Role

A client-facing payroll position supporting the delivery of global payroll services across a portfolio of clients.

You'll be responsible for processing payrolls, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Process payrolls for a portfolio of clients to agreed deadlines

* Monitor workload and ensure service levels are met

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Handle payroll queries and correspondence promptly

* Support pension administration and compliance

* Monitor and manage employer/employee enquiries

* Assist with team development and training initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

* Experience in a payroll or similar role

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* High attention to detail and strong numerical skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
