We're recruiting a Registered Manager for a unique, specialist solo provision Children's Residential Home in Manchester, supporting a young person in a highly personalised setting.

Role:

Take full operational and regulatory responsibility as the Registered Manager of a small children's home.
Lead and develop a committed care team to deliver consistent, therapeutic, person-centred support.
Ensure high standards in line with Children's Homes Regulations, OFSTED requirements, and best practices in LD/EBD care.
Design and oversee bespoke care plans that promote stability, development, and emotional wellbeing.
Build strong relationships with professionals, families, and external partners to achieve the best outcomes.Experience:

2+ years' experience in a management role within children's residential care
(Experienced Deputy Managers looking to step up are warmly encouraged to apply)
Experience working with children with learning disabilities and EBD
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
In-depth knowledge of OFSTED standards and safeguarding practices
