An exciting opportunity has arisen for a recruitment coordinator/administrator to join a busy HR team within a Insurance organisation in Kings Hill.

Can you cope in a busy varied role?

IF so read on… I'm recruiting for a recruitment coordinator/Administrator to coordinate the recruitment process and take full responsibility working on all recruitment functions and supporting the HR team

Liaise with the Hiring Manager to understand the requirements of the roles
Manage recruitment inbox
Attending weekly resource meetings
Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
Producing reports of the number of resource requirements
Coordinating the entire interview booking process and liaising with the Hiring Manager, Interviewers, Agencies
Dealing with busy diaries and scheduling phone/ face-to face interviews
Relationship management with Hiring Managers, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referred candidates
Liaising with candidates to confirm right to work status and correct qualification levels
Creating and distributing interview packs
Posting job adverts on company website
Liaising with recruitment agencies
Checking recruitment invoices
Liaising with the HR Manager regarding offersIt's a busy and varied role requiring excellent administration and communication skills working with people at all levels. They really are a great company and look after their staff well so definitely something you will want to be a part of!

You will need proven administration experience as well as being highly organised, excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and acute attention to detail.
