We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our Vice President of Production. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Plan, schedule, and remind our VP of upcoming events and meetings
- Receptionist duties, greet and assist incoming callers
- Application intake and coordination of approval of new broker partners
- Help with loan opening
- Dispensation of email responsibilities delegated to you
- Develop and implement organized filing systems for Human Resources, and other office departments
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous mortgage experience desirable
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
