Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our Vice President of Production. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


  • Plan, schedule, and remind our VP of upcoming events and meetings
  • Receptionist duties, greet and assist incoming callers
  • Application intake and coordination of approval of new broker partners
  • Help with loan opening
  • Dispensation of email responsibilities delegated to you
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems for Human Resources, and other office departments
  • Perform all other office tasks


  • Previous mortgage experience desirable
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
