They seek an experienced Customer Service Officer to deal confidently and professionally with customer queries and complaints.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships with key colleagues across the organisation.
Experience in a previous customer service / complaints role necessary with housing experience a bonus!
