Premier Education is recruiting Primary Supply Teachers for day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term teaching jobs across Tameside.

If you are a qualified Primary Teacher (QTS) looking for flexible supply teaching work in EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we have immediate opportunities in welcoming and supportive primary schools.

This role is ideal for:

  • Experienced Primary Teachers seeking flexible supply work

  • ECTs looking to gain classroom experience in different schools

  • Teachers wanting short-term or long-term placements in Tameside

Class Teacher responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality lessons in EYFS, KS1 or KS2

  • Follow school lesson plans or provide planning where required

  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management

  • Support pupil progress in line with the National Curriculum

  • Uphold safeguarding policies and school procedures

Class Teacher requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised UK teaching qualification

  • Recent experience teaching in a UK primary school

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and KCSIE
