Are you an experienced Financial Controller looking for your next interim opportunity? We’re currently recruiting for a dynamic and hands-on finance professional to join a well-established organisation based in Ashford on an ongoing interim basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role, providing financial oversight and stability during a period of transition. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring robust financial controls are in place.

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Provide financial insight and analysis to senior stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements
• Support with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across the finance function

• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong technical accounting skills and commercial acumen
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities
• Available to start at short notice
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience
