Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We're recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and team management skills, looking to grow within a supportive environment.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and supporting a small team on the evening shift
Coordinating workload, delegating tasks, and ensuring targets are met
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity
Liaising with supervisors and warehouse managers on shift performance
Assisting with stock control, goods-in/out, and general warehouse duties✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative)
Good communication and organisational skills
A hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility
A valid and in-date Bendi Forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
Proven experience driving a Bendi truck in a warehouse setting
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Your own transport (recommended due to shift times and location)
