Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and specifications across all RIBA stages, particularly RIBA 4-6
Work closely with architects and project leads to ensure design intent is delivered accurately and efficiently
Liaise with consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve technical issues and support project delivery
Assist in project and team coordination, including overseeing junior technicians and support staff
Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is highly beneficialExperience Required:

HNC/HND or a degree in Architectural Technology
Significant UK-based experience in an architectural technician role
Strong technical knowledge, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects
Experience working across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
