Experience of working in a school setting or with young people is advantageous but not essential, Graduates looking to start their journey in education are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do:

• Support children with special educational needs - 1:1 and in small groups

• Help them build focus, confidence, and communication skills

• Be a steady, caring presence every single day

• Learn how great SEN teaching works - from the ground up

Who You Are:

• A graduate in any subject, hungry to work in education

• Calm under pressure, kind at heart

• Experienced with young people - or ready to jump in

• Flexible, positive, and willing to learn

• No formal SEN qualifications? No problem - we'll train you
