Ideal Candidate

* A bachelor's degree or cover supervisor experience* Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting is beneficial* Strong communication and organisational skills* Confident managing behaviour and maintaining classroom engagement* A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

Responsibilities

* Supervising classes using pre-set lesson plans provided by teachers* Maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment* Managing student behaviour in line with school policies* Supporting students with their work and encouraging participation* Reporting any issues or feedback to the relevant teaching staff
