Exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer looking to join a thriving regional heavyweight in Oxfordshire.
My client is a highly-regarded Legal 500 firm with ambitious growth plans and ongoing expansion across a number of legal disciplines. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced dispute resolution lawyer to join its team, advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters as well as supervising other members of the team to ensure a quality and comprehensive litigation offering to its impressive client base of SME and PLC clients.
This is an exciting opening for a fee-earner who has a broad array of litigation knowledge and who is comfortable advising on matters such as, inter alia, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, IP disputes, property litigation, contentious construction matters, insolvency and debt recovery. You will also have prior experience of managing and supervising less qualified lawyers who may require supervision or mentoring from time-to-time, as well as overseeing workloads and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded where possible.
You will likely have at least 5+ years PQE and be seeking an opportunity at either senior associate level with a route to partnership, or indeed joining as a partner from Day One for well-connected candidates with a strong business case. Remuneration is highly competitive for the area and should attract the best talent.
