What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or EYTS

*

Experience teaching in an Early Years setting (Nursery or Reception)

*

A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework

*

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a nurturing approach to early education

*

Strong skills in planning and delivering play-based, child-led learning

*

Ability to support a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL

Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset
