Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:00pm
Daily Pay: £90-£100 (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing, starting in September 2025. This full-time role will be based in either Nursery or Reception and is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and making a positive impact on their early development.

Responsibilities:

Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support when needed

Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment

Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Previous experience working in an Early Years setting (Nursery or Reception preferred)

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (preferred but not essential)

A genuine passion for early childhood education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
