Are you an ambitious and analytical professional with a background in logistics and planning? We are looking for a Planning Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive improvements, efficiency, and simplification across the planning function.
You'll play a vital role in the coordination and scheduling of both in-house and subcontractor field teams, ensuring the successful and timely execution of all planned work. Working closely with the Senior Planner and Operations Lead, you'll help optimise resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate all project work using Dime Scheduler/Salesforce.
- Allocate resources effectively across in-house and subcontractor field teams.
- Collaborate with the Senior Planner and Operations Lead to optimise planning.
- Communicate updates to customers and manage project timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Track project progress, manage bookings, and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Support compliance by ensuring documentation is completed and submitted post-project.
About You
- Proven experience in a coordination or planning role, preferably within construction or contracting.
- Strong IT skills - proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and planning software.
- Highly organised and capable of managing shifting priorities.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving ability.
