You will be the face of our agency, turning enquiries into move-ins and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants across South West London.

• Lead Conversion: Rapidly respond to inbound enquiries and proactively call our database to book viewings.
• Deal Making: Conduct high-quality property viewings and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to secure the best deals.
• Market Growth: Actively source new instructions and help grow our local market share.
• Vetting & Compliance: Ensure all applicants are fully qualified, referenced, and compliant with latest lettings legislation.
• Pipeline Management: Work closely with the administration team to ensure a seamless move-in process for every tenant.

• Target-Driven: You thrive in a competitive environment and have a "hunter" mentality.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can build rapport instantly.

• Requirements: A full UK manual driving license is essential. Previous sales or call center experience is a massive plus.
