About the Role

As an IT Solutions Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for our key clients - acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs and delivers tailored technology solutions. Your day-to-day will involve:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across a varied client base

Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to propose forward-thinking IT strategies

Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver best-fit solutions

Supporting the pre-sales process and contributing to proposals and client pitches

Providing strategic guidance on infrastructure, cloud, security, and software decisions

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a client-facing IT consultancy or solution design role (ideally within an MSP environment)

Strong knowledge across modern IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure), and networking

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

A curious mind with a passion for innovation and emerging tech

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a hybrid work environment
