The Role:

• Managing a broad commercial property caseload
• Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions, business sales and acquisitions
• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Involvement in development work
• Option to work on residential conveyancing if desired

What You Need:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• A minimum of three years of experience in commercial or residential property law
• Strong technical knowledge and client-focused approach
