We are actively looking for a Building Safety Manager to join a housing association in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. In return you will receive, hybrid working, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and local government pension scheme.

As the Building Safety Manager, you will be:

Responsible person for the day to day management of the building safety programme for the high-rise properties
Ensuring the properties are in line with the Building Safety Act and compliance regulations
Develop and maintain building safety cases and risk assessments for the high-rise buildings
Managing the building inspections programme and the remedial actions
Experience and qualifications:

Level 4 qualification in building safety, fire safety, or housing-related compliance
NEBOSH or IOSH or equivalent certification
Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety Order 2005
Managing building safety and fire risk across domestic properties
In return as the Building Safety Manager, you will receive:
