HR Manager – Derry / Londonderry – 1 Yr FTC

My client, a global brand with an established operation based in Derry / Londonderry, are currently recruiting for an HR Manager for a period of 1 x year. 

In this role you will manage the HR Function covering a period of family absence and be the main ‘go-to’ person for all HR operational and HR strategic decisions.  Working with the HR Director and Managing a small team, the ideal candidate will come from a strong manufacturing background and be CIPD Level 5 or above qualified.

Criteria

  • Lead HR projects assigned by the HR Director, delivering on time and within budget
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or higher)
  • Strong knowledge of UK and NI employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to communicate confidently and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development
