Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit Carpenter/ Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works within social housing properties.
Covering North London area.
The Role:
This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.
Duties:
* Carpentry
* Basic Plumbing
* Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
* Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
* Patch Plastering
* Snagging Works
* Logging works via PDA
* Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements
* Full UK Driver's Licence
* Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
* 2+ years' experience within social housing
