Reporting to a senior programme leader, you'll manage a portfolio of customer programmes, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to agreed quality standards.

You'll act as the primary customer contact, applying robust programme management techniques to lead cross-functional teams and deliver contractual commitments with confidence.

• Define programme scope, deliverables and objectives
• Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules and risk registers
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional programme teams
• Manage change, risk and stakeholder expectations
• Track performance using structured programme controls
• Ensure milestones, cost and quality targets are achieved

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in project or programme management
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Commercial and contractual awareness
• Confident communicator with strong organisational and leadership skills
