• Experience in working with primary-aged children

• Knowledge and understanding of the Primary National Curriculum

• Experience supporting 1-2-1 or group learning

• Strong behaviour management skills

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with class teachers to support children’s learning across the curriculum, both in small groups and on a 1-2-1 basis. You will play a key role in helping to manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment, and providing tailored support to students who need it most.

You will work collaboratively with the teaching team, supporting children to reach their full potential, providing intervention and assistance, and helping to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
