Head of Assessment Delivery

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Location: North of England - Hybrid/On-site

We are supporting a leading assessment organisation within the construction and technical trades sector that is seeking an exceptional Head of Assessment Delivery.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to manage, develop, and scale assessment centre operations. You'll lead the charge in ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple sites while preparing for a future that blends centre-based and provider-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all day-to-day operations across assessment centres, assessors, supervisors, and technical staff.

* Work closely with the Operations Director to ensure seamless delivery and consistency.

* Implement scalable delivery models to support national growth.

* Ensure compliance with current and evolving regulatory frameworks.

* Champion best practices and quality-first culture within the delivery team.

Essential Criteria:

* Background in construction and/or technical apprenticeships.

* Senior leadership or team management experience within FE, EPAOs, or training providers.

* Knowledge of assessment models and experience managing remote or on-site assessment teams.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
