The RoleThey are seeking a highly motivated M&A Research Analyst to join thier growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong analytical and research skills who is looking to build a career in corporate finance.

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to support M&A projects.

• Assist in identifying and profiling potential acquisition targets and investors.

• Analyse financial information and prepare supporting materials for client presentations.

• Contribute to the preparation of pitch documents, teasers, and information memoranda.

• Monitor M&A activity, industry developments, and relevant news to inform project teams.

• Support deal teams with data gathering, database management, and project administration.

About YouWe are looking for someone with:

• A degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.

• A genuine interest in corporate finance, M&A, and investment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
