Reed Education are excited to be supporting a creative and high-achieving secondary school in Northampton as they look to appoint a passionate, dynamic, and inspiring Drama Teacher to join their performing arts department from September.

The Role

The successful Drama Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging and imaginative lessons across KS3–KS4
• Support students in developing performance skills, confidence, and creativity
• Contribute to school productions, showcases, and enrichment opportunities
• Plan and assess in line with department expectations
• Work collaboratively within a supportive Performing Arts team

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for Drama and the wider performing arts
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage learners of all abilities
• QTS or a relevant teaching qualification desirable, but not essential
• Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, ECTs, and FE/industry professionals transitioning into education
