Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

A new opportunity has arisen for a Probate Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a long-established and supportive team in either Bridgwater or Minehead. The role will involve:

• Managing a varied probate and estate administration caseload
• Advising clients on Wills, LPAs, inheritance tax planning, and related private client matters
• Dealing sensitively and professionally with elderly and bereaved clients
• Maintaining long-term client relationships across the local community
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in probate/private client work
• Be confident, empathetic, and highly organised
• Be able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
• Be committed to delivering high-quality, personal service over volume
