Multiskilled Shift Engineer - Bournemouth - 6 months FTC - £42K

An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in a Healthcare environment on a static basis in Bournemouth. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a Healthcare building in Bournemouth on a 6 month fix term contract. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical and Mechanical building maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
General building fabric
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings 

Hours of work - ( 40 hour week )

Saturday and Sundays 8am - 4pm
3 weekday evenings ( flexible ) hours 3pm- 10pm 

Requirements

Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3
City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically bias
A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
Installation experience
Excellent customer service skill
Honest, hard-working and reliable
