Location: Hybrid - 2 Days in Runcorn / 3 Days WFH

Contract: Fixed-Term (FTC) - Potential to Extend

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

We're hiring a Digital Product Analyst to join a fast-paced, digitally focused business undergoing rapid growth. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to turn complex data into actionable insights that shape digital products and enhance the customer journey across B2C eCommerce platforms.

You'll be instrumental in building and evolving a full-funnel dashboard that brings together data from marketing, social platforms, Shopify, and conversion analytics to help the business make smarter, faster decisions.

Digital Product Analyst Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, manage, and enhance a comprehensive digital dashboard using tools like Looker Studio, integrating data across multiple platforms (Shopify, GA4, social, etc.).

* Analyse digital product performance and user behaviour to uncover trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth.

* Track and visualise full conversion funnels, from marketing acquisition through to purchase.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Marketing, and Development teams to share insights and guide strategy.

* Translate complex data sets into clear, impactful reports and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Support A/B testing and experimentation to optimise user experiences and performance metrics.

* Advocate for a data-first approach in product and digital decisions, driving continuous improvement.

Digital Product Analyst Skills & Experience Required:

* Hands-on experience with analytics tools including:

* Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

* Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)

* SQL

* Excel / Google Sheets

* Proven experience working in a digital product or eCommerce environment, ideally B2C.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

* Familiarity with Shopify, social platforms, and integrating their data into analytics frameworks.

* Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

* Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
