Job Title: Hire Desk Controller

Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Hire Desk Controller to join an established Plant Hire company focusing on the construction sector who are based in Weston Super Mare.

In the role of Hire Desk Controller, you will be acting as the central contact for clients and key accounts, while taking charge of coordinating all hire activities.

What do I need?

* Prior experience working within the Plant industry

* Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.

* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Excellent attention to detail / strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams

* Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers

* Processing admin enquiries

* Track ongoing hire agreements maintain accurate documentation.

Desirable:

* Experience of the Syrinx system however, training available
