Job Title: Occupational Hygienist

Salary: £28,000-£40,000 + Benefits

I'm working with an established, employee-owned consultancy specialising in environmental and occupational health that's looking to bring an Occupational Hygienist into its growing Oxford team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience who is progressing through their BOHS modules and wants to develop within a supportive, people-focused organisation.

You'll work on a broad range of workplace exposure assessment projects, benefit from fully funded BOHS training, and have a clear pathway to senior-level progression within an employee-owned business that genuinely invests in its staff.

Your Role

Conduct workplace exposure assessments (dust, fumes, noise, vibration)

Undertake LEV assessments and assist with COSHH reviews

Produce clear technical reports and risk assessments

Provide clients with practical, evidence-backed recommendations

Support junior colleagues and contribute to team development

Communicate professionally with clients, regulators, and site teams

Skills & Background

1-3 years' occupational hygiene or exposure monitoring experience

BOHS modules W501-W507 completed or in progress

Degree in Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field

Strong communication, organisation & analytical skills

Full UK driving licence
