Transformation Project Manager - 6 Months FTC

If so, Inquilab Housing Association are looking for a Transformation Project Manager to become part of their team on a 6 month fixed term contract. With ,300 homes across North West and West London, Slough and Elmbridge we provide services in the following areas: rented accommodation, shared ownership and community engagement. Your Transformation Project Manager Role: As our Transformation Project Manager, you will be required to support project teams in different project work streams and manage overall project activities, plans and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones. Other responsibilities will include: Lead, guide and support multiple work streamleads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organisational readiness ,and long-term sustainability Leads, drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching for Myrtle and client team members Develop project delivery strategy to deliver the change Provide analysis in the repairs and other housing management services. Analyse data, evaluate results, and develop recommendations and roadmaps across multiple work streams Coach and guide project team members in CRM and other management systems Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross functional leaders and project team members Work with the Chief Executive in identifying other areas of opportunities within the same project. Educate and coach project team members, sponsors, and functional leaders on change management principles, tools, and their roles ineffective change Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices Write project case studies Carry out any other duties consistent with the role. Our Ideal Transformation Project Manager: To become our next successful Transformation Project Manager, we are seeking a candidate with a good education preferably to a degree level. Other skills required will include: Experience in project management, leading multiple teams/work streams or direct management experience required as an operations manager or maintenance manager Ability to lead, guide and coach project team members Ability to lead analysis studies in multiple areas and lead project definition and recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change, communication and training need Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant change initiatives from project start to finish Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with all levels of management Ability to prioritise, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential is critical to this position Your Package: Market Leading Salary of £35-40k (full time 35 hours per week) SHPS pension direct contribution plan of 5%, and we will match your monthly contributions up to 5% As a SMART working employer, we offer flexible and agile working patterns 25 Days Holiday, plus all Bank holidays rising 1 day each complete year capped at 30 days.
