Health, Safety & Environment Manager

Full-time | £36K-£60K
Join a dynamic supply chain team as the HSE Manager, leading all health, safety, and environmental initiatives across a busy distribution centre and head office. You'll ensure legal compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and implement strategic improvements that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

Lead HSE compliance and culture across multiple sites
Develop and maintain ISO-aligned safety systems (ISO 14001, 45001, etc.)
Deliver training, audits, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with teams to embed best practices
Stay ahead of legislation and industry standards

What You'll Bring - Needless to say, you have the technical expertise, you're experienced in the practical application of regulations, legislation, policies and procedures, to really excel in this role.

NEBOSH Diploma / NVQ L5 in OHAS
Chartered or Graduate IOSH membership
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and ISO standards
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or FMCG environments
Confident communicator and change leader
