What you'll do: - Be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors.
- Manage pupil records, attendance, and reporting using SIMS/Arbor.
- Provide day-to-day support including emails, filing, and photocopying.
- Assist with communications, school trips, and diary coordination.
- Liaise confidently with staff, leadership, and external agencies.
We're looking for someone who: - Strong school office/admin experience.
- Working knowledge of SIMS, FMS, GDPR, or Arbor.
- Confident using Microsoft Office & school MIS systems.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- A genuine interest in supporting schools and young people.
Must Haves:
- Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
