As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with operational teams, you will identify opportunities to improve financial performance and support the company's growth objectives.

Description

  • Act as a lead BI user, delivering timely reports, analysis, and system support to stakeholders.

  • Develop, test, and maintain BI reports in collaboration with the global BI team.

  • Partner with the FSSC to resolve issues and enhance financial processes.

  • Build strong relationships with business managers to provide financial insights, support monthly reviews, and improve financial understanding.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

  • Complete month-end processes and analyse results promptly and accurately.

  • Perform detailed analysis on sales, products, inventory, KPIs, and margins to drive informed decision-making and profitability.

  • Calculate and process monthly commission and bonus payments.

  • Support various projects and ad hoc financial investigations as required.

Profile

  • Fully qualified ACCA / ACA / CIMA with 3+ post qualified experience
  • Be proficient in SAP and BI reporting
  • Be able to demonstrate a high competence in excel having carried out a role with high levels of data handling and manipulation.
  • Has high attention to detail, demonstrates logical and analytical reasoning.
  • Be flexible to a business demands, and process orientated.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels with the ability to be able to explain financials to a non-finance audience

Job Offer

£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits including private healthcare
