Production Operative

Location: LE67 1TZ

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour + bonuses

Shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (Weekly rotational shifts)

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation based in LE67 1TZ. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience using hand tools and have a strong attention to detail.

• Working on a production line/belt inspecting pallets
• Identifying damaged or broken pallets
• Removing defective pallets from the line
• Repairing pallets using hand tools
• Ensuring repaired pallets meet required quality standards
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

• Previous experience using hand tools
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
• Ability to work rotational shifts

• £12.21 per hour
• £1.00 per hour attendance bonus
• £0.36 per pallet repaired
• Weekly rotational shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)
