BUSINESS ANALYST – IRESS EXPERIENCE (CONTRACT)Worcestershire 6-Month Contract£300–400/day (Outside IR35)

REED Technology are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong IRESS platform knowledge to support change initiatives across the organisation.This role is highly delivery-focused. The frameworks are already established — the client needs someone who can operate confidently within them, drive clarity, and accelerate execution.

The immediate priority is securing a Business Analyst with hands-on IRESS experience, ideally within customised platform environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with Technology teams to translate requirements into user stories
• Conduct gap analysis across platforms and operational processes
• Support UAT cycles and manage issue resolution
• Engage with internal stakeholders and AR firms
• Contribute to the successful delivery of in-flight change initiatives

Essential Experience

• Proven Business Analyst experience within Wealth Management
• Strong hands-on experience with IRESS (Xplan preferred)
• Experience working within customised platform environments
• Confident stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Background supporting delivery-stage projects
• Strong commercial awareness
