Reeson Education is recruiting warm and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work on a daily supply basis across nurseries and EYFS departments in Waltham Cross. Settings in and around Waltham Cross are regularly seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to support children aged 2-5 with play-based learning, communication development, early phonics, social skills and daily routines. As a supply Early Years Practitioner, you'll enjoy variety, experience multiple settings and work with different age groups within EYFS.

Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare required

Responsibilities of an Early Years Practitioner

Supporting children's learning through play and early curriculum activities

Assisting with storytelling, phonics, number skills and communication work

Encouraging independence, confidence and social interaction

Helping maintain a safe, nurturing, stimulating early years environment

Working collaboratively with EYFS teachers and nursery teams

What We're Looking For

Qualified Early Years Practitioner (L2 or L3 minimum)

Previous experience in an EYFS or nursery setting

Warm, patient and child-centred approach

Ability to adapt quickly to new teams and routines

Flexibility to accept daily supply shifts
