The Role - SENCO
Qualiteach are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SENCO to join a welcoming primary school in Waltham Forest this September. As SENCO, you will oversee the provision for pupils with special educational needs across the school, working closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies. You will manage EHCP processes, coordinate interventions, monitor pupil progress, and ensure statutory requirements are met. You will also play a key role in staff CPD and whole-school inclusion strategy.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working in a SENCO role or similar and will either hold or be working towards the National SENCO Award. A solid understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are essential.
